  the day shift is terrible...I seldom dine there during the day..service is slow and you have to almost trip your server to get a refill on coffee ....we had a wait to get our order taken as our server was far to busy filling syrup bottles (like there was a huge demand or something)..after about 7 or 8 mins she finally showed up to take our order....she never stopped back to refill drinks..we had to stop her as she walked by and ask....the day shift servers are very unpersonable and act like they want to be somewhere else.....food today was eh at best...I didn't like mine it was greasy and tasted like steak ems covered in some sort of grease/hot sauce combo.....the night shift if phenomenal..they are attentive , friendly, they refill without asking...and what is even more important they smile and that goes a long way....going to stick to after 5pm dining
